Dr. Teresa Irwin is a board-certified physician in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She is among just 2,000 board-certified FPMRS physicians in the country, and the only one between San Antonio, TX and Austin, TX. Dr. Irwin received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Irwin completed training at Intuitive Surgical, Inc. to be a robotic gynecologic surgeon proctor and trains doctors to use the robotic tools as well. She also served as the pro bono medical director of Hays County’s Women’s Health Program and Family Planning Services for more than a decade.

Dr Laue is board certified in Family Practice. He  graduated from Mayo Medical School in Rochester MN in 1996, and did his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston TX.  He served active duty in the US Air Force, which brought him to central Texas in 1999.  He has been practicing in San Marcos and New Braunfels since 2003.  He has 3 sons and one granddaughter.  He spends most of his time trying to keep up with his wife, Dr. Teresa Irwin, AKA, “The Vaginacologist,” and her boundless energy. Dr. Irwin and Dr Laue founded Aesthetics of Central Texas (ACT) in order to provide services and education to men and women in all things health and wellness, with Dr Laue providing a special a focus on men’s sexual health.

Abigail is a Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician and Cosmetic Injector with Aesthetics of Central Texas. Graduated from The Aveda Institute in Austin, TX in 2016 for Esthetics. Abigail attended ACC studying Health Science and Kinesiology gaining experience working at local Austin wellness centers. In 2020, she began working for day spas in the Houston and Austin area which evolved into her passion for Medical Aesthetics. Attending Texas Laser Institute Houston, TX in 2022 for her Laser Technician Certification. In 2024, Abigail received her certification as a Cosmetic Injector from Texas Laser Institute Houston, TX. When not in the clinic Abigail enjoys taking her dog Penny for hikes and swims around the Austin and San Marcos area.

Lauren is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started in the medical field in 2012 with a BSN from San Diego State University. She worked on a Medical/Surgical hospital unit in for 3 years before transferring to a Labor & Delivery unit in Missouri. Lauren attended Southeast Missouri University for her MSN. After graduating in 2018, she worked in a primary care/urgent care role for 2 years. Lauren moved to New Braunfels in 2020 and began working at a wellness clinic there. For the last 4 years Lauren has been passionate about providing hormone therapy, weight loss, and aesthetic injection services. When not at the clinic, Lauren is busy homeschooling her 2 boys, spectating at their soccer games, or planning the next family trip.
